Description:
As a direct replacement of the 1873, Springfield's 1884 Trapdoor model provided significant improvements. Most notably, this model is equipped with an excellent marksman's sight, adjustable for windage and elevation. Its .45-70 caliber is very effective at long range, which made it a formidable firearm for use in the old west. This model is in good to very good condition, with some marks in the metal, and marks and dings throughout the wood.
