Description:
Most notably known for its role in the hands of bad guys, both in world wars and on the silver screen, the DWM Luger has an unmistakably iconic silhouette. Its sloped grip angle and quirky toggle-lock action set it in a class by itself. Due to its tight tolerances and quality materials in the manufacturing process, many of the Luger's parts were numbered to make sure that, when hand fitted, these parts would fit perfectly. With the exception of the magazine, all of the visible numbers match on this pistol. With this Luger nearing a century old, the finish has begun to show its age; it's in good condition, with the finish on the metal worn on most surfaces and slight oxidation on some parts. The wood grips have worn checkering but no cracks are present. The bore still has good rifling still present. This pistol was produced in 1920 for the German police force after WWI. DWM's Luger is definitely a piece worth having in any history buff's collection.
