45-70 has 26 inch octagon barrel with original sights. Made in 2002 in North Haven, CT. with JM proofed barrel. Non checkered walnut with original butt plate. Has a sling swivel stud in a band around the magazine tube and one in stock where the Marlin bullseye was located so no extra holes were drilled. Hammer extension. All in 97% condition.
