SPANISH Antique UNZUETA F HIJOS Pinfire Revolver
Made in Santander, North Coast of Spain
Here we present an antique Unzueta F Hijos Santander Marked Revolver, manufactured circa the mid-to-late 19th Century in Spain. This would have made a good firearm for the police or for the civilian in during this period in Europe.
This revolver features a folding trigger. The top of the barrel is marked “UNZUETA F HIJOS SANTANDER”. The hammer spur was knocked off at some point and the revolver still fires fine without it using the double action mechanism.
The overall condition is good. The metal surfaces have a smooth, gray patina. The markings are clear and legible. The walnut grips are in good shape. The bore is clear with visible rifling. The action on this revolver is strong.
