FN SAKO MAGNUM MAUSER 98 SUPREME ACTION CUSTOM BENCHREST .25-06 HEAVY 28" BULL BARREL RIFLE. Heavy weight bull barrel unmarked (could be Douglas)drilled and tapped with scope base. New receiver by FN marked "FN Action-made in Belgium" drilled and tapped as well for and aft of bridge. Fill screws in holes rear of bridge with base on front of bridge. "Finland" stamped single stage trigger. Mint rifling and bore as I don’t believe ever shot much since appears to be in the process of completion. Project from late 1980's. Herters plastic buttplate on benchrest stock with nicely figured stained blank near completion. Trigger crisp and lockup tight. Side safety. Blued receiver and barrel. Receiver marked "ST" for magnum and or long action. 13 lbs.
