Description:
W. Wellington Underlever Double Hammer 10 Gauge Pinfire shotgun. Features 30” Damascus steel barrels, solid matte rib, single silver bead front sight & 3” chambers. Barrel marked “W. WELLINGTON. LONDON. LAMINATED STEEL” with a sprig of scroll engraving near breech. Scroll engraved back-action locks marked “W. WELLINGTON” & scroll engraved trigger guard. Figured walnut stock with a straight checkered buttstock, forend with barrel key & engraved escutcheons & steel buttplate. Good plus condition overall with metal surfaces showing a grey patina, hammers with generous traces of blue & Damascus lamination on barrels still visible, some scattered use marks. Crisp action with bores showing some mild pitting.
