What I'm offering up for sale is a 100 year oldColt M1911 in a .45 ACP with a Remington slide. This Black Army" pistol was manufactured in 1918 and then was shipped out of the Augusta Arsenal on 13th July 1961 to a gentleman in Indiana for the price of $17. This offer includes the original shipping box with all labels attached, two copies of the requisition and invoice/shipping document, and inventory card signed and dated and an inspection report. It also contains an original box of 50 rounds of Remington ball of ammunition caliber .45 M1911 with a lot number. Pistol is in Immaculate condition with 100% of the Finish remaining and appears to have not been fired since it left the armory. Please contact me if you have any additional questions.
