Available today at a great price is this WW2 M1 carbine by Winchester. As the lead says, it comes with its original barrel, which has a bright mirror bore. I have not disassembled this rifle, but assume it to be a standard mixmaster. The stock is marked LW in the oiler/sling cut out. It has a round M2 bolt, type III I.R.CO.rear sight, type III KI barrel band and unmarked 15 round magazine. The front sight is marked on the top flat with an N. There is what appears to be a stamped T on the trigger housing flat in front of the trigger guard visible without disassembly. The stock has an extra coat or 2 of lacquer on it, but this would make a solid shooter and is priced right. In order to protect your investment, all long guns over $500 must be shipped in a hard case. Minimum shipping at this level is $55 and includes the hard case. Shipping cost could increase depending on value or weight of the firearm. For long guns less than $500, we still recommend the purchase of a hard case, again to protect your investment. These numbers are for shipping to the lower 48. There is also a 3% surcharge for customers using a credit card on internet sales.
