Description:
Excellent WW2 Colt 1911A1 produced in early 1943. This gun is all correct with matching slide serial numbered to the receiver under firing pin stop. All small parts are correct, including the grips and barrel which has a very nice bore. The gun even has the correct (C-S Marked) Colt contract magazine. This gun is in excellent mechanical condition and appears to have been used very little. The gun retains approximately 95+% of its original parkerized finish, with some high edge wear and some very small areas of light staining in the finish. These areas show up more in the photos than in person. Overall a very handsome example of a genuine 100% correct WW2 Colt 1911A1.
