Description:
Union Switch & Signal 1911A1 .45 acp pistol. Authentic in all respects: Frame, slide, barrel, grips, small parts..are original; however the mainspring housing has been replaced. The US&S is the 2nd rarest 1911A1 with production of only 5500 (the Singer at 500 is the most rare). Even with replacement mainspring housing this is a very collectible pistol. Finish is origianl and you will notice the old pitting on the left side toward the muzzle!
