Hard to find FERLACH – AUSTRIA made, Mauser K98 style, Bolt Action Rifle in .30-06 with clear 4x38mm (GERMAN) Scope on quick release SEM mounts. Selected Walnut stock with European cheek piece, fine & crisp checkering on forend and pistol grip, black Horn grip cap & butt end, sling swivels, schnaubel forend, minor field wear. Bluing is good (pale areas on photos are light reflections), barrel is 24” and has good clear bore, hooded front sight & folding 3 leaf rear sight for 100m, 200m & 300m distance. 14” LOP, single trigger, slide (tang) safety, finely jeweled rear sight and scope bases. Super nice FERLACH bolt action rifle that shoots ½” groups at 100m and handles & looks GREAT. Quality hand-crafted by Austrian master gunmakers in the 1960s.
