Up for sale is a NEW Merkel Model 122 125th Anniversary. This fine double is chambered in 20 Ga with 28-inch fixed choke barrels. The chokes are IC/Mod with a raised field rib with single bead. Double triggers with single pins and automatic ejectors. This model was made to commemorate the 125-year anniversary of Merkel. There was ten guns made, this is number 4 of 10. The English Stock and splinter are carved from AAA+ grade Turkish Walnut. The action features full side plates that are heavily engraved with fine English scroll. The stock dimensions are 1 3/8" x 2 3/8". LOP 14 3/8. The double comes in 6.2 pounds and balances on the hinge pin. There is a plastic hard case and a leather/canvas makers case included.
