Description:
This is a very nice original Winchester model 1887 12 guage lever action shotgun. 30 inch barrel. Action is very smooth. Color case hardening metal finish is still fairly bright. Wood is in very nice condition with some minor scratches. Bore is smooth and shiny with no pitting or rust. I have never shot this gun but it appears to be in perfect working condition. This gun has been in my family collection for about 60 years and has been carefully stored. This was the first Browning patent shotgun mfg. by Winchester and the first lever action repeating shotgun mfg. domestically. Buyer pays $75 shipping and insurance.
