Made in 1910, this rare L.C. Smith 2E 20ga has many features today's Vintage gun shooters love. Extremely rare gun with 30" barrels, Hunter One Trigger, straight stock, splinter forend, and built with no safety. A live bird gunners dream gun! Straight grip buttstock with gold oval near toe measures 15-1/4" LOP over 1" black leather covered pad and has drops of 1-3/8" at comb and 2-1/2" at heel. 15% original color, engraving is still strong. Barrels retain about 98% of an older restored blue. Stocks have been restored and retain nearly all of that professionally restored finish, checkering is nice and crisp. Barrels measure .619 (right) with .008 (Imp. Cyl) and .616 (left) with .020 (imp. Mod) with min. wall thickness of .029 in both tubes. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are crisp, stocks are sound. The gun weighs 6lbs 15oz.
