Description:
SOLD PENDING FUNDS 11/21 Don't see too many in this (versatile mild shooting) caliber. Bore is a bit rough at chamber end w visible rifling, better toward muzzle. Shoots jacketed bullets into around 3" at 75 yds without any special load development. Sound original wood. Link pins replaced with hardened and tempered drill rod to remove slop from lever and to hold up to moderate loads. Lever and block pins are original showing little wear. Screws good with minor marring to block pin screw. (Rear sight blanked, fitted with a modern tang sight.) Since photos were taken, we have fitted the correct rear sight with ladder and removed the tang sight.
