A nice condition box of Winchester Silvertips in the collectible grizzly bear box. The box is in good condition, with little fraying, solid end flaps, and no wrinkling or stains. Nice and square. On the top written in pencil along the left edge, is "1946." Otherwise I see no writing or remains of price stickers or tape or any of the usual detractions. The bright yellow is only slightly soiled and would likely clean nicely, including the pencil marking, wiht a light application of powdered gum eraser such as drafters use.
The ammunition is in good condition. The brass cases are mostly clean. Several have some tarnished areas, seemingly where they touch the paper. The bullet tips are clean, not oxidized or rough.
The inner box and divider is in as-new condition, with no fraying or staining and no bullet tip marks visible from the bottom.
Overall a very presentable box of collectible Winchester ammo.
