BELGIAN Antique “British Bull-Dog” Style Revolver
Made in the Late 1800s in Liege
Here we present an antique Belgian “British Bull-Dog” Style Revolver, made circa 1890 in Liege, Belgium. The revolver was a small, well-built, self-defense weapon, ideal for potent conceal and carry in the closing decades of the tumultuous 19th Century.
The top of the barrel is marked “38 CAL”. There are Liege proof marks on the cylinder and frame.
The overall condition is good. The metal surfaces bear a dark gray patina. The markings are clear and legible. The walnut grips are in good shape. The bore is dark. The action on this revolver is strong.
