Belgian “ARMY BULLDOG” Revolver in .45
Late-19th Century Revolver
Here we present an antique Belgian “ARMY BULLDOG” Revolver in .45, made circa the 1890s in Liege, Belgium. This “Bulldog” revolver was a very popular type in the late-19th Century and the beginning of the 20th. This one has a much longer barrel while retaining the same approximate frame size. It is a double action revolver with “ARMY/BULLDOG” marked on the top strap. Light engraving as well.
The overall condition is fair. The metal surfaces are dark with age. The grips are in good shape. The bore is dark. The action on this revolver is nonfunctioning. Cylinder chamber has a crack. An interesting bit of history!
