this is a remarkable find.It is near musuem quality piece. The bore is as perfect as the day it was made,absolutely stunning. all screws are original and have not been altered in any manner.There are a couple marks on the wood but minor particularly considering the age. Serial # on barrel and receiver match.I did NOT take forearm or stock or buttplate off to check any numbers that might be present. I assume they all match as it doesnt appear a screw driver has been on any part of this rifle since it was assembled. call or text ED for additional info or pictures. NO rust NO pitting..Beautiful piece of Remington history.Shipping to lower 47 included in the price (NO Calif. sales) AK and HI actual shipping cost.
