Description:

D.D. Cone Washington D.C. Marked Revolver manufactured by Wm P.Uhlinger, Philadelphia, Pa. 1861-1865. Uhlinger made these revolvers with “trade names” to disguise their true manufacture in order to circumvent Smith & Wesson’s Rollin White patent. Scarce revolver. Bore is very good, action works perfectly. The removable rod under the barrel has spring loaded tip which when removed is used as an ejector rod for spent shells. Rare trade name revolver.
