The Dickinson is made on a triggerplate action, a design developed in the German and the Scottish gun industries. It's an action design that keeps the profile slim and centers the weight of the gun between your hands. Ejectors are often ignored on guns in this price bracket, but not on the Dickinson. And this Dickinsons are available with double triggers.2 barrel set..20 gauge and 28 gauge!
The 28" barrels feature chrome-lined bores and sport a raised file cut rib. They even use a notchless friction-fit choke design more often found on the highest-end English offerings than on a gun in this price range.
The barrels wear a deep rich polished blue. Real color case hardening strengthens the action while adding deep rich colors to the action body. Richly hued Turkish walnut stocks sport a lustrous finish and checkered butts for an additional touch of elegance.
