SOLD to Walter! Colt Sauer Rifle in 270 Winchester. Made in Germany by Sauer and imported by Colt with rare factory deep lustre bases. These rifles are simply fantastic. I have to say that the actions are second to none in my opinion. The bolt is the absolute smoothest I have ever owned.....it feels like it is on roller bearings! The bluing on these rifles is also second to none, in the same vein as the earliest Colt Pythoins. A deep, deep lustrous blue. Almost a pearlescent type bluing. The rifle comes complete with the factory manual and original three round magazine. Add $350 for Leupold 3.5-10x40 Adjustable Objective scope in hard to come by, Factory Colt-Sauer deep lustre blued bedded rings. The rifle exhibits little actual use and is a really quality piece of workmanship. There is some bluing wear from sliding into and out of a protective silicone sock and rifle case on the left side of the barrel at the muzzle as can be seen in the pictures. Overall, A very nice example of foregone quality from a master gunmaker in a veritable North American caliber..
