*** SOLD *** SOLD *** 1967 (boss code 39U) Savage 99F Featherweight (serial # 1148119) in 243 Winchester with 22" barrel with a shiny bore. On top is a Simmons Aetec Master Series 2.8x10x44 power scope with sun shade scope extension, which can be quickly removed if needed. The sun shade not only cuts glare on bright sunny days, but can also help protect the objective lens when hunting on days with rain or snow. The scope provides low power for close cover hunting or 10X for shooting across a cornfield. The is definitely a sharp looking 99F in 243 which is great for groundhogs, coyotes. antelope or deer. The barrel is a lightweight "pencil barrel", with excellent bluing and the wood has nice grain with cut checkering.
