Description:
Smith and Wesson .45 L.C. caliber (not acp) 8 3/8" barrel with red front sight insert. Finished nickel with casehardened hammer & trigger. Professional gold lettering. Beautiful well grained target grips, hammer, and trigger. In near new original condition showing little or no evidence of use. Beautiful bright nickel. Serial Number NO44443.

Sights / Optics: The revolver is mounted with a fixed serrated ramp front sight that has a red insert. There is a white outline S&W micrometer click adjustable rear sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The S&W Target style grips are checkered Gonçalo alves Tigerwood with silver colored S&W medallions. The left grip panel has an extractor relief cut and both grip panels have a few small black spots towards the bottom. The checkering is sharp and neither panel has any chips or cracks. The grips rate excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This revolver retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are light drag marks on the cylinder and very light handling marks on the finish. The hammer and trigger are case colored. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Cylinder is tight with no play. Overall, this revolver rates Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The single and double actions function correctly. This is a Square Butt, N Frame revolver with a pinned barrel. It has a checkered .500” wide target hammer and a serrated .400” wide target trigger.
