Description:
Very nice 1949 Win 94 30 WCF (30 30). Retains most all of original blue reflecting careful use with minor imperfections. The excellent Lyman tang was added (much better than the open sites/ factory rear replaced with some type of fold down to be out of the site picture when the tang site is used). Light scrachted in ss # on barrel rite side just forward of receiver very light and not an eyesore. Bore excellent with a very small amount of roughness near muzzle. Normall handling evidence on orig factory stock set with some loss of finish from being carried. Light wear underside of receiver from being carried.
This is the desirable long wood model with correct longer factory forend wood extending byond barrel band.
Not new but honest well cared ex cond for a 70 yr old useable piece of history; collect or hunt with. Correct orig steel butt plate with no rust.
The Lyman tang alone is worth between 100.00 and 150.00
If you've been looking for a nice 94 to hunt with , collect or hand down to children or grand children this is probably the one!
