Excellent Factory Engraved Colt 1862 Police Revolver that shows 70% original barrel blue. The cylinder also shows 70% original blue. The frame has faint colors showing through the engraving, like most Factory engraved Colts, the case hardening has somewhat fell off but does show some traces throughout, specifcally on the rear frame and backside of the hammer. The burl grips are exceptional. The action functions excellent. Overall this is an excellent and fine overall example of a rare Blued and Case Hardened Factory Engraved Colt 1862 Police priced to move fast.
