Description:
Not exactly the best example of a pre-1964 Winchester 70. The stock has been milled out for a side mounted scope that is no longer present and has filler screws for the tapped holes left behind and may have been reduced by 1/4" to accommodate the aftermarket recoil pad. Metal is heavily used and the bluing is starting to fade on the smoother surfaces. Bore shines but there seems to be light pitting near the muzzle.
