*** SOLD *** Handsome Prussian Charles Daly Single Barrel Trap model with 31” Krupp Fluid Steel barrel. Nice engraving and residual case coloring on frame. Automatic ejector. Serial number is 2359 and overall weight is 7lb 9oz. The initials HAL over crossed pistols can be found on the underside of the barrel indicating that it was made by Lindner. *** Barrel is chambered for 70mm(2-3/4”) shotshells and is topped with a ventilated crosshatched rib. The bore is shiny and bright. Bore diameter is 0.724 with a constriction of 0.030 for Full choke. *** The stock and beavertail forearm are crafted of nicely figured European walnut. Checkered panels to the rear of the frame are nicely done. Stock dimensions are 14-1/8” over a 1-1/2” pad by 1-1/4” by 1-3/8”. Neutral cast. *** This Prussian Daly has one drawback and only one: a short stock. A competent stocker can make a wooden extension that matches the figure on the original wood, make a new stock or you can shoot it as it is with a slip-on pad. *** This is a gun you will be proud to uncase at the range and enjoy shooting for the rest of your life. Just oozes the high quality workmanship of a bygone era. Priced to sell. *** Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and any other related charges.
