On the top of barrel Marked 'COLT'S PT F A MFG CO HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A' below that is written 'PATENTED AUG.5.1884 NOV.6.88 MAR.5.95'
Comes with Official Colt Archive Authentication Letter stating "Shipped to Pacific Hardware and Steel Co, San Francisco, CA , September 25, 1902".
