Description:
Browning pre-war Pigeon grade 12 gauge O/U shotgun.  Made in the third year of production, 1933 this pigeon is in outstanding mechanical condition and  it is in 98% restored condition cosmetically.  The frame is factory engraved in a very fine Pigeon grade motif with exceptionally well executed pigeons. The 26” vent rib barrels have .020” & .040” choke constriction which is tight modified and extra full. The bore diameters are standard .725” and the minmum wall thicknesses are an ample .035”.  The “step” vent rib has a Bradley red front bead and a white mid bead.  The stock appears to have been replaced professionally and it has a 13 ¾” LOP over a 1” Pachmayr presentation pad; 1 5/8” drop at the comb and 2 ½” DAH with a very slight cast favoring a right hand shooter.  The gun weighs 7 lbs. 6 oz.  This is a fine looking, nice handling very early Superposed for your hunting and/or collecting needs.
