Description:
This Bertuzzi Venere best sidelock in 16 gauge made in 2002 has 29 inch barrels and exhibition grade english walnut stock. It is in excellent possibly unfired condition. Mechanically perfect and cosmetically nearly as new. Fine game scene engravings by Dassa with grouse on the left lock and woodcock on the right and bottom with signature by the trigger. Deep scrollwork elsewhere. Dimensions are ideal with LOP 14 7/8” LOP, DAC 1 ½” and DAH 2 ¼” - 3/16” cast off for the right handed shooter. Chokes are .007 and .015. gun weighs 6 lb 3 oz. Includes high quality leather valise case with original accessories as pictured. Fratelli Bertuzzi was a small family shop making only best guns in years of this vintage with limited production. They ceased production just a few years ago. If you could still order this gun new it would cost upwards of $70,000. Pay via bank wire or cash or I can wait for a personal check to clear.
