Colt issued 3,000 of these Scouts in 1970 to celebrate the Maine Sesquicentennial. The 6-shot Colt Scout revolvers came in a French fitted display case complete with a gold plated minature lobster. The barrel and frame are gold plated and the unfluted cylinder, hammer, and back-strap/trigger guard are nickel plated. The grips are imitation pearl with Colt medallions. This gun appears unfired and in very fine condition, with assorted minor handling marks. The display case is excellent, but does have some minor handling dents and scuffs. Sorry, no paper-work.
