Description:
Lefever HE Grade 16 ga with Krupp Steel Barrels and Ejectors

Offered is a Lefever Arms Company 16 gauge HE grade with ejectors and Krupp Steel barrels.  Manfactured about 1910, this century old gun has a lot of life left in it.

This handy bird gun weighs only 5 lbs 13 and a half ounces.  It is a carry all day gun that comes to the shoulder with ease!

Built on Lefever's smallest frame size, XX.

The chambers are 2 and ¾”.  The barrels are not perfect with very light pitting that has been smoothed to make cleaning easier.  The 28" Krupp Steel barrels are strong but one should not fire magnum high pressure shells in a gun this light.  Rather, low pressure reloads or RST brand low pressure shotshells will bring down the toughest pheasant let alone any Ruff that erupts into flight from in front of your favorite dog.  They are a lot easier on the gun stock and one's shoulder!
