#448189, Al & Roger Biesen Gunmakers Spokane, Wn: A Total Custom by Al & Roger Biesen in 30-06 on a Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 Action, The action was made in 1959, 22" barrel with open sights, The barrel is a Pre-64 Featherweight by Winchester, 2 piece profiled Leupold scope bases, 3.5 - 10 x 40mm Leupold VX-3i scope, Sling eye on the barrel, Straddle hinged floorplate with a center bow release, A 3-position Model 70 wing safety, Model 70 trigger, Jeweled bolt and follower, Action rails inside and out are polished, Built-up & checkered bolt stop release, A pure Biesen Custom Classic style stock, Biesen classic full wrap around Fleur-De-Lis checkering with a deep recess, Shadowline cheekpiece, Ebony forend tip, 2 screw rear sling eye, Biesen checkered steel 2-screw grip cap, 13 7/8" LOP over a 7/8" pad, 8 lbs. 6 oz. with the 3.5 x 10 Leupold, An excellent piece of wood with excellent black/brown contrast, The original Biesen satin blue remains at 98%, The original stock finish at 99%, The checkering is at 100%, The bore is as new, This piece is totally like the day it left the Biesen shop.
