There is no more collected firearm in the world than the Colt Single Action Army. This is a second year production third generation that was manufactured in 1979. It is chambered in .357 Magnum so a shooter can also fire the lower recoil .38 Special cartridge in it as well. This revolver is in excellent original condition with bright case colors and a factory blue finish that rates around 95%. The only areas that show any real finish wear are the front and rear grip straps, but there are some very small handling marks visible under close inspection in various places as you can see in the pictures. The action on this SAA is crisp and tight, and the bore is perfect and bright. If you are looking for a Colt Single Action Army to shoot for less than the $2200 plus price tag of a new one, this example would be an excellent choice.
