Description:
Savage model 99G in 30-30 with a second 410 barrel.Built in 1923,this rifle is a deluxe takedown.The 30-30 barrel is 20" long with an excellent bore.The 410 barrel is 22" long with an excellent bore.The 410 barrel has what appears to be a blood spot near the breech end on the bottom of the barrel.The rifle is in all original condition retaining 90% of the original blue and wood finish.The receiver has not been drilled for a scope.The stock is sound and free of any cracks or damage other than normal handling marks.This is a unique combination that would make a great hunting rifle and a fun gun to plink with.Very hard to find in 30-30.C&R eligible.
