Description:
Springfield 1873 .45-70 Government 32 inch round barrel, ladder style rear sight with front blade sight. The bore is bright with good rifling, however towards the muzzle there is some light pitting along with some freckling. The action and barrel have turned a dull gray and show some nice patina, there is some faded case colors in protected areas. The stock and fore end have numerous dings, dents, and scratches, some are through the finish. The left hand side of the stock the cartouche and circle p cartouche right behind the lower tang are visible.
