Here is a nice Stevens Favorite in .22LR. The bore has been relined and so is perfect. Action works well. Barrel is 24" octagon to round. Stock is very nice with considerable original finish. I thought this was a Stevens tang sight but looking in my catalog reprint, all the Stevens sights are marked with their name. This one has no markings but is very old. Hunt your supper with a classic oldtimer or teach a youngster to shoot with this fine single shot. I've only shot standard velocity .22s in this rifle (and all my .22s). I don't think high velocity rounds would do it any good so go with the quieter target velocity ammunition. The serial number is 3 digits so this is an old one but need at least a C&R to ship as dates are vague in Stevens history. $35 shipping and insurance to your ffl or your C&R.
