VERY LIMITED PRODUCTION EARLY, PRE-WARNING FINGERGROOVE SPORTER 10/22 AUTO RIFLE, #110-75XXX, MADE 1971. This interesting model differs from the usual, standard 10/22 in that it has a wide beavertail forend, no barrel band and a Monte Carlo stock with inletted sling swivels and shotgun butt plate. These were only made from 1966-1971 and don’t turn up often anymore. This example has seen very light use and retains about all of the original blue etc. Particularly rich colored walnut. Comes with original Lyman folding rear sight, factory drilled and tapped for scope base and leather military style sling. These have a much more substantial feel than the standard 10/22 carbines and, in my opinion, are the most attractive of the whole 10/22 line.. Truly a class act!
