Description:
This c. 1926/7 Woodward is exactly what most of us would order were we able to walk into Woodward‘s shop today. It is a heavy game gun with 30 inch barrels and a low, solid rib. It is chambered for 2 3/4” inch shells and heavily choked. The bores are perfect in every dimension and as they left the factory, as is all the blueing and case colours. The straight hand stock 14 1/2” and had a very light re-oiling when it came out of storage. The action is still very tight and overall this exceptional shotgun shows almost no sign of use whatsoever.
