Description:
This is a Steyr Mannlicher SBS (Safe Bolt) Prohunter rifle in very rare 6.5x57 caliber. NOT 6.5x55 Swede but 6.5x57 Mauser. There are few if any factory guns of this caliber for sale in the United States and none but this one that I have been able to find by Steyr Mannlicher, which makes this rifle a rare collector's item on this side of the pond. It has the standard Steyr hammer forged 24" barrel and comes with scope mounts, leather sling and two factory magazines, as shown. It is very accurate (see the pictured target). I also have Hornady custom reloading dies and RWS brass that will sell and ship separate from the rifle if you're interested. It will ship in the pictured Steyr Manlicher padded case inside an outer box for a flat rate $50.00 by UPS ground to lower 48 only. No sales to CA. Payment by USPS Money Order only. No checks of any kind will be accepted. Your FFL must accept guns from individuals. If not, it will be an extra $35.00 to have my FFL ship to yours. This item is for sale locally and at other sites.
