Winchester's Model 70 Alaskan Centerfire Rifle is equipped with a satin-finish Monte Carlo stock with cut checkering. Zero takeup, zero creep and zero overtravel M.O.A. Trigger System and pre-'64-style action deliver dependable performance. Free-floating 25" cold-hammer-forged barrel with a recessed target crown for enhanced accuracy. Three-position safety allows you to unload the chamber while on safe and shows safety status. Get on target quickly with the hooded brass-bead front sight and adjustable, folding rear sight. Other features include a forged steel receiver with integral recoil lug that eliminates shifts, a blade-type injector and a Pachmayr® Decelerator® recoil pad. New in factory carton.
