Colt's Model 1911A1 Government .45acp "GHD" acceptance marked. The serial number of this example is 16734XX placing date of manufacture in 1943-44. Overall condition is excellent with 95+% of the original factory finish. The finish has toned to a very pleasant dark green. The only wear visible is very small and muzzle end of slide.
