Description:
Ithaca NID Field Grade “Super Ten” serial #440403 (1927). 10 gauge gun with 32” steel barrels choked full and full. LOP 14” to an Ithaca Sunburst pad. DAC: 1 1/2”; DAH: 2 3/4”. 2 7/8” chambers. Brass front bead. Double triggers. Cocking indicators. Bores are bright and shiny. Walnut checkered stock and forend in excellent condition. Varnish is excellent. No cracks in the wood. Barrels are excellent with no dings scratches or rust. Bluing is excellent. The frame is engraved with a dog on each side. Action is tight. Nice faded case colors remain. Only 574 field grade “Super Tens” were produced.
