WWII GERMAN Mauser Model 1934 Semi-Auto Pistol
WWII German Side Arm in .32 ACP
Here we present a Mauser Model 1934 Pistol, made circa the late 1930s in Oberndorf, Germany. The Model 1934, made from 1934 through 1941, was the final improvement on the Mauser Model 1910, which was a pocket-sized semi-automatic pistol in .25 ACP. With the Model 1914, the scale of the pistol was increased to handle .32 ACP, and features like a cocking indicator, button release safety, and a mechanism by which the slide would go into battery with the insertion of the magazine were added. The Model 1934 was much the same and had one-piece walnut grips. These were sold in Germany for military and police applications in the years prior to World War II, as well as exported to countries such as the United States for civilian use.
The overall condition is near fine. The original blue finish is about 85%. The markings are clear. The wooden grip is in great shape, smooth and solid. The bore is in very good condition with nice rifling. The action is excellent.
