This R.I.A. NRA rifle is very solid , and has the 4 groove barrel stamped 1913 , Original 1913 cartouche on stock to match the barrel date and matching sling 1913 RIA. These 1903 NRA are very rare too find maybe only two or three hundred were made . This RIA 1903 was in a closet for over 65 years not touch ,story go’s grandfather bought it way back .
