All metal parts Belgium blued. Leupold scope mounts with Talley rings and bases. Test Scope NOT Included 13 ½” LOP over new Pachmyer recoil pad. Kevin Weaver’s personal rifle. I built a lighter 240WBY for myself. Comes with loading data and some ammo. Shipping $35.00 UPS Ground Service in cardboard box with bubble wrap to lower 48. For additional $25.00 we will place in a hardcase and ship for rifle and $17.50 for shipping of ammo directly to you. I am a licensed FFL dealer. A copy of my FFL will be included with the firearm(s) when shipped. The Buyer must have his/her local FFL email or fax to me before I can ship the firearm.
