Hammerless Double Action with Folding Trigger and Pearl Grips
Here we present a Belgium Jules Kaufmann Hammerless Revolver. This five-shot revolver was manufactured in Belgium circa 1890. Jules Kaufmann was a Belgium gun making firm beginning in 1790 and continuing all the way until 1975. The maker’s mark is located on the left side of the frame. Belgian proof marks can be found throughout, especially on the frame and back of the cylinder. This would have been a good pocket revolver, made primarily for concealed carry. The caliber is a .32 centerfire.
The overall condition is near fine. The markings are clear. The gold inlay is virtually complete. Blue finish is 40%. ELG proof marks on the cylinder. Mother of pearl grips are fine. Bore is clean and sharp. Action is excellent.
