Description: This AMERICAN STANDARD TOOL Company revolver closely resembles the Smith & Wesson Second Model No.1, 2nd Issue, it's a 7 shot, ,22 short rimfire. Made by Manhattan in 1868, until production was halted by a law suit... The Custom GRIPS were made by "Wexell Degress" who were located in New York and Mexico City and were known for their fine engraving and famous custom made grips. This little gem cocks, and fires but the cylinder doesn't rotate... The hinge, is tight and the frame retains 50 % of the Factory Nickle.. A real conversation piece and alot of bang for the buck.
