Description:
The Merkel K3 Lightweight Stalking Rifle is a single shot, break-open firearm utilizing the patented Franz Jager action designed in 1906. Further improved by Merkel, this action provides ultra smooth operation, resistence-free opening and excellent accuracy. Unique to the K3 is a cocking/uncocking slide which provides a simple and positive safety system. Other features include integrated, quick detachable optic mounts, and a selector lever which offers the shooter a choice of three different trigger weights: 2.2 lbs. (1000g), 2.4 lbs. (1100g), or 2.6 lbs. (1200g). Also included is a Swarovski Z3 3-10x42 scope (4A reticule) with scope cover, a full box of ammo (Hornady American Whitetail .300 Win. Mag. 150gr Interlock), and a brown Sportlock lockable case with keys. This is a one owner lightly used Merkel.
